As a REMS-certified treatment center, we follow established safety protocols throughout each visit. Patients administer the nasal spray under direct observation and remain at the clinic for at least two hours while our healthcare providers monitor their response and overall stability. This allows our team to watch for potential effects such as sedation or dissociation and help ensure treatment is delivered in a controlled, supportive environment.
